Amiyrah is a wife, mother of 3, an active member of the US Air Force and a professional blogger. I met Amiyrah at the Mom 2.0 Summit in 2015. She was the first person I met. We sat next to each other in a "newcomer" class and exchanged a few words. After the conference, I partnered with her on a project where I fell in love with her work ethic and insight. She's a phenomenal writer, a mother, a"financial advisor", a homeschool teacher and incredibly savvy business woman. She has been on Doctor Oz, Good Morning America, Woman’s World Magazine, USA Today, FABLife Show as a Super Saver, Yahoo Parenting and was named the 2015 breakout blogger of the year at the Iris Awards.
For those of you who aren't familiar with mommy bloggers, you're missing out. These women represent one of the most fierce and dominant entrepreneurship groups in the country (which we'll talk about more in a future blog). They have millions of followers and influence every major brand in the world would love. And they do it all from their homes, with just a laptop and a dream.
Jenny is nothing short of amazing. She's a designer/serial entrepreneur by day and full force superhero at night. With roots in marketing and design, this graphic designer turned top Arizona entrepreneurs honoree (times three) has launched four (yes, four) successful businesses in the last five years, had a child and somehow managed to do all of it while remaining grounded, focused and humble.
She supports 250+ entrepreneurs every day in her co-working space, CO+HOOTS, and is one of the most loyal and motivated people I know. She's wickedly smart, insanely funny and 100% dedicated to the small business community. Whether it be through her advocacy work (locally and globally) or the many nonprofits she supports, Jenny's reach seems endless. She's also a master of the intersection of work + life as wherever you see her; you can be sure her husband and beautiful daughter, Ayda, aren't far behind.

Seema Phull, Partner at Northfind Partners
I met Seema randomly on an airplane back in 2013. At the time, I was pregnant, traveling and working for the engineering firm, Clairvoyant. She was traveling back from Japan and looking forward to sleeping on the plane but, once we started talking, we couldn't stop. I learned she was a former Honeywell executive who had recently launched a global supply chain management agency, called North Finds Partners, a wife, and mother of 3 (a girl and twin boys).
She has an MS in Systems and Telecommunications from Johns Hopkins University and is a sought-after Supply Chain Management expert who's work was featured in several trade global events and magazines such as Harvard Business Review's Supply Chain Strategy.
At the time, Northfind Partners was a startup. Now it's a growing agency responsible for leading the strategies of major brands around the world. To learn more about Seema's many accomplishments check her out on LinkedIn.
